Lyrics & inspiration via Conor Oberst from his song: A Perfect Sonnet. The stunning light was provided by the early morning sun beaming into my old studio, which sunrise I was admittedly rarely there early enough to see.

The painting hung as part of the prestigious Royal Institute of Oil Painters annual exhibition in December 2013.
